Mom ‘n ‘em coffee

Since owning Plate we added a new roaster to our line up: Mom ‘e ‘em Coffee!

Colin, Head Roaster from Mom ‘n ‘em Coffee, visited us for a training with new exclusive coffees in tow! He led us in a cupping of some new coffees and talked to us about everything from the foundations of coffee, to their roasting process, to the farms they source from, to dialing in espresso, milk training, and beyond.

Plate 21 was a part of Colin’s coffee journey (he has the tattoo to prove it), and we’re excited that he’s a part of this stage of Plate 21’s journey! Adding the coffee he roasts to our offerings and learning from his coffee experience now feels like a full circle moment.
